    The MG Properties Group has been actively involved in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and management of apartment properties since 1992. MG Properties Group manages over 50 apartment communities, which consists of over 17,000 apartment homes in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Oregon with a total market value of over $2 billion!


    Assists the V.P. of Investments and Financial Analyst by performing underwriting and administrative functions required in the investment analysis and decision process as well as general administrative support to other members of the investments team and as requested by the Chief Investment Officer.


    • A high school diploma or GED is required
    • College degree program enrollment is required
    • Completion of education/training in related real estate industry courses preferred
    • Prefer prior work experience in a professional environment
    • Strong interest in the real estate investment industry, multi-family specifically
    • Must have demonstrated knowledge of office system computer software 
    • Attention to detail, effective communication, organization of time and information, interpersonal skills including listening, questioning, seeking clarification, and team work
    • Problem solving with a deadline and results oriented approach to projects
    • Self-starter, able to work independently
    • Investment and business math proficiency (DCF, IRR, ROE)
    • Review, understand and analyze basic business statements such as P&L statements and balance sheets
    • Reading comprehension and interpretation for market research
    • Willingness to learn industry specific terminology
    • Strong writing and computer skills (Mandatory: Excel, Word, Outlook, Explorer)
    • Proficient typing
