    We are looking for a dedicated, career-driven individual to join our team as a HR Assistant. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department on all HR related matters, including, but not limited to, answering employee requests and questions, assisting with benefits enrollment, employee surveys, recruiting and hiring, filing, processing paperwork, scheduling and coordinating training, making travel arrangements, planning special events, and more.


    • 2 to 3 years of administrative experience.
    • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • Demonstrated proficiency for efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects.
    • Ability to grasp HR processes and legal implications.
    • Ability to exercise good judgment in the application of state and federal labor laws.
    • Exceptional ability to handle employee and company information in a confidential manner.
    • Highly effective interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills.
    • Able to work with and effectively convey ideas to a diverse employee population.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.
